INSTANTANEOUS HOT WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR BATHROOM FAUCET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instantaneous hot water supply system capable of discharging hot water of set temperature at the beginning of discharging operation and capable of reducing an amount of useless water from water discharging operation starting time to the discharging of hot water of set temperature.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an instantaneous hot water system for a bathroom faucet installed at an upstream side of the bathroom faucet comprising a first flow passage extending from a water heater; heating means for heating water; a second flow passage for feeding heated water to its downstream side; a third flow passage merging with the second flow passage without passing by the heating means; a temperature adjustment mechanism arranged at the downstream sides of the second flow passage and the third flow passage to enable their temperatures to be adjusted; a fourth flow passage acting as a flow passage connecting the temperature adjustment mechanism with the bathroom faucet; residual water discharging means for preventing hot water from being left at the fourth flow passage after discharging from the bathroom faucet; and a control part for controlling heating means. The instantaneous hot water system for a bathroom faucet includes expanded water discharging means having an expanded water discharging flow passage for use in discharging expanded water generated through heating of water by the heating means and the expanded water discharging flow passage is arranged along the second flow passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 吐水初期から設定温度のお湯を吐水可能であり、かつ吐水動作開始から設定温度の湯を吐水するまでの無駄水量を減少可能な浴室水栓用即湯システムを提供することにある。【解決手段】 浴室水栓の上流側に配設される浴室水栓用即湯システムであって、給湯器側から伸びる第1流路と、水を加熱するための加熱手段と、加熱された水を下流側に送る第2流路と、加熱手段を経由することなく第2流路と合流する第3流路と、第2流路および第3流路の下流側に設けられ、温度を調整可能な温度調整機構と、温度調整機構と前記浴室水栓とをつなぐ流路である第4流路と、浴室水栓から吐水後に第4流路にお湯が残留することを防止する残水排出手段と、加熱手段を制御する制御部と、を備え、浴室水栓用即湯システムは、加熱手段によって水が加熱されることで発生する膨張水を排出するための膨張水排出流路を有する膨張水排出手段を有し、膨張水排出流路は、第2流路に沿うように配置されることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
