EXPANSION JOINT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion joint having strength higher than that of the conventional one.SOLUTION: An expansion joint includes a reinforcement frame 3 disposed in an outer frame member 2. The reinforcement frame 3 includes: a plurality of adjacent tabular members 31 at predetermined intervals; and connection member 32 that connects two of the plurality of tabular members 31 and is disposed in a posture in which a lower corner 32a faces a bottom wall part of the outer frame member. The reinforcement frame 3 makes it possible to fill a gap between tabular members 31 constituting the reinforcement frame 3 with a filling material 4 such as concrete and mortar, making it possible to enhance the degree of strength integrally with not only the outer frame member 2 and filling material 4 but also the reinforcement frame 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来より高い強度のエキスパンションジョイントを提供する。【解決手段】外枠部材2内に配置された補強枠3を有している。補強枠3は、所定間隔をおいて隣接する複数の板状部材31と、この複数の板状部材31同士を連結する、下側の角部32aが外枠部材の底壁部方向に向けた姿勢で配置された連結部材32を有している。補強枠3を有しているため、この補強枠3を構成する板状部材31間にもコンクリート又はモルタル等の充填材4が充填され、外枠部材2と充填材4だけでなく、補強枠3も一体となり、強度を高めることができる。【選択図】 図1
