PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which preparations for concrete casting for a step part in a construction site should be done twice since an upper-stage part is cast with a concrete form stood after a lower-stage part is cast, so that takes a time and there is a loss of time to wait for concrete to cure.SOLUTION: Using base members mounted at predetermined intervals and a concrete form integrated with sluice materials supported by those base members makes it possible to casting concrete for an upper and a lower part of a step of approximately 300-400 mm at a time and to save the time for preparations and shorten processes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建設現場における段差部分のコンクリート打設は、下段部を打ってから、そこに型枠をたてて上段部を打つのだが、そのためにコンクリート打設のための段取りを二度しなければならい手間と、コンクリートの硬化を待つ時間のロスが生じる。【解決手段】所定の間隔で載置されるベース部材と、それらベース部材に支持されるコンクリート堰止材で一体となる型枠を使えば、３００ｍｍ〜４００ｍｍ程度の段差なら、上下を一度でコンクリート打設でき、段取りの手間と工程を短くすることが可能となる。【選択図】図１
