SEGMENT FOR REGENERATION PIPE AND PIPE REGENERATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment for regeneration pipe capable of flowing filler in a pipe length direction smoothly, and a pipe regeneration method using the segment.SOLUTION: Segments are connected in a circumferential direction and a pipe length direction to regenerate an existing pipe, the segments formed by integrating an inner surface plate 101, and side plates 102, 103 and end plates 104, 105 erected on a peripheral edge of the inner surface plate 101 with plastic. An internal plate is provided adjacently to the side plates, and in the internal plate, formed is a plurality of holes 106a for penetrating a connection member connecting the segments in the pipe length direction, and apart from the holes, at an upper part of the internal plate, formed is a plurality of cutouts 106b through which filler with which a gap between the existing pipe and a regeneration pipe is filled can penetrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】充填材を管長方向にスムーズに流すことが可能な更生管用セグメントとこれを使用した管更生工法を提供する。【解決手段】内面板101と、該内面板101の周縁に立設された側板102、103並びに端板104、105とをプラスチックによって一体に形成してなるセグメントが周方向並びに管長方向に連結されて既設管が更生される。側板に隣接して内部板が設けられ、該内部板には、セグメントを管長方向に連結する連結部材を通すための穴106aが複数形成されるとともに、その穴とは別に、既設管と更生管の隙間に充填される充填材が通過できる切り欠き106bが上部に複数形成される。【選択図】図1
