REGENERATION PIPE AND PIPE REGENERATION METHOD
To provide a regeneration pipe provided with a large number of internal skeleton structure in a circumferential direction and having less deformation against external force, and a pipe regeneration method for laying the regeneration pipe.SOLUTION: A segment 1 constituting a pipe unit has side plates 102, 103 erected on both sides extending in a circumferential direction of an inner surface plate 101, and a plurality of internal plates 106 to 109 erected between the plates on both sides. A ridge 110 extending in a circumferential direction is formed between the internal plates 107, 108 located at the center in a pipe length direction. Between the internal plates 106 and 107, and between the internal plates 108 and 109, which are different from the internal plates on which the ridge is formed, a metal band 30 that goes around the outer periphery of the pipe unit and tightens the pipe unit in the circumferential direction is attached respectively. Deformation of the pipe unit with respect to external force can be suppressed by the ridge and the band.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】周方向に内部骨格構造を多く設け、外力に対して変形が少ない更生管、並びにその更生管を敷設する管更生工法を提供する。【解決手段】管ユニットを構成するセグメント1は、内面板101の周方向に延びる両側に立設された側板102、103と、両側板間に立設された複数の内部板106〜109を有する。管長方向に見て中央部に位置する内部板107、108間に周方向に延びる突条110が形成される。突条が形成された内部板間と異なる内部板106、107間並びに内部板108、109間のそれぞれに、管ユニットの外周を一周して管ユニットを周方向に締め付ける金属製のバンド30が取り付けられる。突条並びにバンドにより管ユニットの外力に対する変形が抑制できる。【選択図】図3
