PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for minimizing the amount of used flocculant and performing clarification in turbid water over a long period of time.SOLUTION: In a treatment method in flowing turbid water, slime forming bodies 8 are extended against a water flow, and a flocculant having viscosity when brought into contact with water and/or at least one organism selected from spiral and curved bacteria, ciliates, rhizopoda, and diatoms are added to the front surface of the slime forming bodies to treat the turbid water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
