PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a frame unit that improves workability of a floor material on an installation surface where the frame unit is installed and also makes the constructed floor material beauty.SOLUTION: A sash unit (frame unit) comprises: an auxiliary frame 25 which has a vertical height h so set that an upper surface is higher than installation lines L1, L2 in a state of fixation on an installation surface; a baseboard part 22 which is fixed on the upper surface of the auxiliary frame 25 and has a width w so set that the baseboard part projects from the auxiliary frame 25 in a depth direction; and a mullion 23 which is so coupled to the baseboard part 22 that a lower surface is located on the upper surface of the auxiliary frame 25 together with a lower surface of the baseboard part 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】枠ユニットが設置される設置面への床材の施工性を向上させるとともに、施工された床材の美観も良好となる枠ユニットの構造を提供する。【解決手段】サッシユニット（枠ユニット）は、設置面に固定された状態で上面が設置ラインＬ１，Ｌ２よりも高くなるように上下方向の高さｈが設定される補助枠２５と、補助枠２５の上面に固定され、見込方向において補助枠２５よりも突出するように幅ｗが設定される巾木部２２と、下面が巾木部２２の下面とともに補助枠２５の上面に位置するように巾木部２２に連結される方立２３と、を備える。【選択図】図４
