PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide for a frame unit having a horizontal frame fixed to an installation surface through an installation frame a structure which facilitates work to remove the horizontal frame from the installation frame for reuse and is high in reusability.SOLUTION: An auxiliary frame 25 of a sash unit (frame unit) 1 has an auxiliary frame body part 251 fixed to an installation surface, an insertion part 251c installed over an outdoor side of the auxiliary frame body part 251, and formed in a convex shape facing a depth-directional outdoor side, and a raised part 251f arranged over an indoor side of the auxiliary frame body part 251, and a baseboard part 22 has a baseboard body part 221 mounted on an upper surface of the auxiliary frame 25, a recessed fitting part 221c arranged below the outdoor side of the baseboard part 221 and fitted to the insertion part 251c, and a screw fitting part 221b arranged below the indoor side of the baseboard body part 221, and fastened with a screw 253 together with the raised part 251f.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】設置枠を介して横枠が設置面に固定される枠ユニットにおいて、リユース時に設置枠から横枠を取り外すための作業を容易に行うことができるリユース性の高い構造を提供すること。【解決手段】サッシユニット（枠ユニット）１の補助枠２５は、設置面に固定される補助枠本体部２５１と、補助枠本体部２５１の屋外側の上部に配置され、見込方向の屋外側を向く凸状に形成される差込部２５１ｃと、補助枠本体部２５１の屋内側の上部に配置される立ち上がり部２５１ｆと、を有し、巾木部２２は、補助枠２５の上面に載置される巾木本体部２２１と、巾木本体部２２１の屋外側の下部に配置され、差込部２５１ｃに嵌合する凹状の嵌合部２２１ｃと、巾木本体部２２１の屋内側の下部に配置され、立ち上がり部２５１ｆとともにビス２５３によって締結されるビス取付部２２１ｂと、を有する。【選択図】図４
