PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall structure and a building capable of restraining taking-in of the direct light while securing a prospect.SOLUTION: In an outer wall structure, an inner wall surface positioned in the opposed lateral direction of an opening part provided on an outer wall 12 of a building 10, is inclined in the substantially same direction in the plane-outside direction of the outer wall 12, and an optical path width of the direct light from the inclined direction on the inverse side of the inclined direction of a front face of the opening part and an inner wall surface of the opening part, is narrowed even if an opening width is identical thereto, by comparing with a case of extending the inner wall surface of the opening part at a right angle to the outer wall 12, and a prospect range in the inclined direction is widened by comparing with a structure for extending the inner wall surface at a right angle to the outer wall 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】眺望を確保しつつ直射光の取り込みを抑制することができる外壁構造及び建物を提供する。【解決手段】外壁構造は、建物10の外壁12に設けられた開口部の対向する横方向に位置した内壁面が、外壁12の面外方向で略同一方向に傾斜させ、開口部の正面及び開口部の内壁面の傾斜方向と逆側の傾斜方向からの直射光の光路幅は、開口部の内壁面が外壁12に対して直角に延在する場合と比較して、開口幅が同一であっても、狭くし、傾斜方向への眺望範囲は、内壁面が外壁12に対して直角に延在する構造と比較して広くする。【選択図】図2
