UNDERGROUND CONTINUOUS WALL EXCAVATOR AND UNDERGROUND CONTINUOUS WALL EXCAVATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground continuous wall excavator and an underground continuous wall excavation method, which improve work efficiency even at a great deep region by reducing the excavation cycle time and improving the excavation pitch while maintaining the excavation accuracy.SOLUTION: An underground continuous wall excavator excavates an excavation groove by opening and closing a bucket 10 comprising a pair of right and left shells 11, 12. The bucket 10 can rotate in a horizontal direction at a present location. A revolving frame 60 equipped with the bucket 10 is rotatably and pivotally supported by a support 70. A underground continuous wall excavator 1 is suspended from a base machine through a support rope 4. In the underground continuous wall excavation method, the excavation groove at a predetermined depth for constructing an underground continuous wall is excavated by opening and closing the bucket 10 while preventing an excavation groove wall from collapsing by filling a stable solution in the excavation groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】掘削精度を維持した上で、掘削のサイクルタイムを短縮させ、併せて掘削ピッチの改善を図ることによって大深度域においても作業効率を向上させる地中連続壁掘削機及び地中連続壁掘削工法を提供する。【解決手段】左右一対のシェル11,12からなるバケット10を開閉動作させて掘削溝を掘削する地中連続壁掘削機において、バケット10を現位置で水平方向に旋回可能に構成し、バケット10を装備した旋回フレーム60を、支持体70に旋回可能に軸支した地中連続壁掘削機を提供する。そして、この地中連続壁掘削機1をベースマシンに支持索4を介して吊支し、バケット10の開閉操作を行うことによって、地中連続壁を構築するための所定深さの掘削溝を、安定液を掘削溝内に満たして掘削溝壁の崩壊を防ぎながら、掘削することを特徴とする地中連続壁掘削工法。【選択図】図1
