GIB SUSPENDING UNDERGROUND CONTINUOUS WALL EXCAVATOR AND UNDERGROUND CONTINUOUS WALL EXCAVATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gib suspending an underground continuous wall excavator and an underground continuous wall excavation method, which improve work efficiency even at a great deep region by reducing the excavation cycle time and improving the excavation pitch while maintaining the excavation accuracy.SOLUTION: A gib 3 suspends an underground continuous wall excavator that excavates an excavation groove by opening and closing a bucket comprising a pair of right and left shells by a hydraulic cylinder. The gib 3 suspends the underground continuous wall excavator equipped with a shock absorber 90 for absorbing and mitigating a load on a pipe body 7 in a guide mechanism 80 that supports the pipe body 7 connected to the underground continuous wall excavator. The excavation groove at a predetermined depth for constructing an underground continuous wall is excavated by suspending the underground continuous wall excavator from the gib 3 through a support rope.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
【課題】掘削精度を維持した上で、掘削のサイクルタイムを短縮させ、併せて掘削ピッチの改善を図ることによって大深度域においても作業効率を向上させる地中連続壁掘削機を吊支するジブ及び地中連続壁掘削工法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】左右一対のシェルからなるバケットを油圧シリンダによって開閉動作させて掘削溝を掘削する地中連続壁掘削機を吊支するジブ3において、地中連続壁掘削機に接続する管体7を支持するガイド機構80に、管体7への負荷を吸収して緩和するための緩衝装置90を装備した地中連続壁掘削機を吊支するジブ3を基本として提供する。そして、上記構成のジブ3に、地中連続壁掘削機を支持索を介して吊支して地中連続壁を構築するための所定深さの掘削溝を掘削するようにしている。【選択図】図19
