PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall panel frame replacement method capable of removing and replacing an outer wall panel frame from a column by work from the outdoor side.SOLUTION: An outer wall panel frame replacement method is used for an outer wall panel structure for fixing a column 2 and an outer wall panel frame 1 by a fastening member, by opposing a side surface of the column 2 and a side surface of the outer wall panel frame 1, by arranging the column 2 having an unclosed part by turning the unclosed part to the indoor side, and in a state of removing an outer wall surface material from the outer wall panel frame 1, a through-hole 2b is bored in an outdoor side surface of the column 2, and the fastening member is removed by a closed wrench 6 inserted from the through-hole 2b, and the outer wall panel frame 1 is removed, and a new outer wall panel frame is fixed to the column 2 by the fastening member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】屋外側からの作業で柱から外壁パネルフレームを取り外して交換することができる外壁パネルフレーム交換方法を提供する。【解決手段】非閉鎖部を有する柱２が上記非閉鎖部を屋内側に向けて配置されており、上記柱２の側面と外壁パネルフレーム１の側面とを対向させて上記柱２と外壁パネルフレーム１とが締結部材で固定された外壁パネル構造に用いられる外壁パネルフレーム交換方法であって、外壁面材を上記外壁パネルフレーム１から外した状態で、上記柱２の屋外側の面に貫通孔２ｂをあけ、上記貫通孔２ｂから挿入したメガネレンチ６によって上記締結部材を外して上記外壁パネルフレーム１を取り外し、新たな外壁パネルフレームを上記柱２に締結部材によって固定する。【選択図】図３
