VENTILATION SPACER MEMBER FOR DRAINING MATERIAL, DRAINING MATERIAL, BUILDING STRUCTURE WITH DRAINING MATERIAL, AND INSTALLATION METHOD OF DRAINING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation and expand an applicable thickness of a ventilation gap inside an exterior wall of a building.SOLUTION: A draining material 1 comprises two members, namely a ventilation spacer member 10 for taking in outside air to a ventilation gap 32 inside of an exterior wall from a bottom part of the exterior wall, and a draining member 20 covering the ventilation spacer member 10. The ventilation spacer member 10 includes a spacer fitting plate part 11 fitted on an outer side surface of a groundsill 2, a spacer bottom plate part 13 extending toward outside of a vertical furring strip 6 from the spacer fitting plate part 11, and a vertical plate part 15 bent upward from an edge part of the spacer bottom plate part 13 opposite the spacer fitting plate part 11 side, the vertical plate part 15 having a plurality of ventilation holes communicated to the ventilation gap 32. The draining member 20 includes a draining material fitting plate part 21 fitted on an outer side surface of the vertical furring strip 6, and a draining plate part 23 extending outward from the draining material fitting plate part 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工を容易とし且つ適用可能な建築物の外壁の内部の通気隙間の厚みの範囲を広くする。【解決手段】外壁の下部から外壁の内部の通気隙間32に外気を取り入れるための通気口を覆う通気スペーサ部材10と、通気スペーサ部材10を覆う水切り部材20との2部材で水切り材1を構成する。通気スペーサ部材10は、土台2の外側の側面に取り付けられるスペーサ取付板部11と、スペーサ取付板部11から縦胴縁6の外側まで延びるスペーサ底板部13と、スペーサ底板部13のスペーサ取付板部11側とは反対側の端部から上方に屈曲された立板部15とを備えており、立板部15に通気隙間32に通じる複数の通気孔が設けられている。水切り部材20は、縦胴縁6の外側の側面に取り付けられる水切り取付板部21と、水切り取付板部21から外側に延びる水切り板部23とを備えている。【選択図】図1
