PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure image-capturing device, a structure inspection device, and a structure inspection system with which it is possible to detect the degradation of or a crack in a concrete paved surface, etc., by image processing, and that can be moved stably by human power.SOLUTION: The structure image-capturing device comprises an image-capture unit 11 for capturing the image of an area 40a on a placement face 40 that is to be image-captured, an inflection optical system 16 for bending the direction of image capture by the image-capturing unit 11, and an illumination unit 12a for illuminating an area 40a to be image-captured. The structure image-capturing device further comprises a position change detection unit 13 for detecting a position change due to movement on the placement surface 40, and an image-capture timing control unit 14a for controlling the timing of image capture by the image-capturing unit 11 on the basis of the position change detected by the position change detection unit 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
