MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PRE-STRESSED CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-stressed concrete capable of enhancing adhesive force and sufficiently exhibiting intensity by a pre-stress by using combination of chemical stress by an expansive admixture and mechanical stress by a continuous fiber reinforcement wire and using seawater for milling and mixing water.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of pre-stressed concrete by introducing mechanical stress by a tension material and chemical stress by an expansive admixture and using seawater for a milling and mixing water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 膨張材によるケミカルストレスと連続繊維補強線材によるメカニカルストレスを併用し、かつ、練り混ぜ水に海水を使用し、付着力を高め、プレストレスによる強度を十分に発揮させることのできるプレストレストコンクリートを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】緊張材による機械的ストレスと、膨張材によるケミカルストレスとを導入し、練り混ぜ水に海水を用いたことを特徴とするプレストレストコンクリートの製造方法とするものである。【選択図】 図２
