To provide a production method of chemical pre-stressed concrete capable of introducing pre-stress in any direction all over concrete.SOLUTION: Pre-stressed concrete according to the present invention includes chemical admixture including cement, short fiver, and expansive admixture, an aggregate, and chemical admixture agent, wherein chemical pre-stress equal to or more than 1.20 N/mm2 is introduced in a state without binding agent. A production method of the pre-stressed concrete according to the present invention is provided with: a mixing process of mixing material including chemical admixture including cement, short fiver, and expansive admixture, an aggregate, and chemical admixture agent; an initial curing process of filling and curing the material in a concrete form; a form removal process of removing the concrete form to get a concrete member; and a curing process of wet-curing the concrete member with water for two weeks or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
