REPAIR METHOD FOR UNDERSURFACE OF STEEL PLATE FLOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method for an undersurface of a steel plate floor and a steel floor plate repaired by the same, the repair method enabling a weld metal connecting a deck plate of a steel plate floor of a bridge with a top edge part of a web of a vertical rib with a closed cross-section, to be repaired by a simple process and without restricting traffic, etc.SOLUTION: A prepared hole 70 is drilled through a deck plate 14, guided by a prepared hole 45 drilled beforehand through a first connecting part 41 of a backing plate 19 and from outside of a vertical rib 17 below the deck plate 14. A thread rolling screw (TRS) 44 is screwed into the prepared holes 45, 70 for forming a bearing joint, without damaging a pavement 21 and without protruding above the deck plate 14, the TRS being a one-side bolt screwed while forming a female screw. A hacked-type one-side bolt 48 is inserted into a bolt insertion hole 49 of a second connecting part 42 of the backing plate 19 and a bolt insertion hole 74 drilled through a web 15 of the vertical rib 17, and a friction joint is formed between the web 15 and the second connecting part 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】橋の鋼床版のデッキプレートと閉断面縦リブのウエブ上端部とを接合する溶接金属を、交通規制などを実施せずに簡易な作業で補修することができる鋼床版の下面補修方法およびそれによって補修された鋼床版を提供する。【解決手段】デッキプレート14の下方でかつ縦リブ17の外方から、当て板19の第1接合部41に予め形成された下穴45を案内として、デッキプレート14に下穴70をドリル削孔し、これらの下穴45,70に、めねじを自ら形成しながら進むワンサイドボルトであるスレッドローリングスクリュ(TRS)44を、舗装21を損傷しないようデッキプレート14の上方に突出させずに締め込んで支圧接合する。当て板19の第2接合部42のボルト挿通孔49と、縦リブ17のウエブ15にドリル削孔したボルト挿通孔74とに、ハック形ワンサイドボルト48を挿通し、ウエブ15と第2接合部42とを摩擦接合する。【選択図】図1
