STEEL PLATE FLOOR AND STEEL PLATE FLOOR MANUFACTURING METHOD
To provide a steel plate floor and a steel plate floor manufacturing method which can suppress the occurrence of fatigue cracks in a root part of a weld between a longitudinal rib and a deck plate without performing any special treatment after welding.SOLUTION: A steel plate floor 100 comprises: a deck plate 3 having a first surface 3a and a second surface 3b; a longitudinal rib 6 forming a closed cross section with the second surface 3b of the deck plate 3; and a pair of welds 30a, 30b extending in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal rib 6 and formed from the outside of the longitudinal rib 6 so as to join the deck plate 3 and the longitudinal rib 6. The welds 30a, 30b include weld metals 32a, 32b melted into the deck plate 3. In the thickness direction of the deck plate 3, the penetration depth of the weld metals 32a, 32b into the deck plate 3 is one third or more of the thickness of the deck plate 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
