ADDITIONAL INSTALLATION METHOD FOR ELEVATOR TO EXISTING HOUSING COMPLEX WITH STAIRWAY ROOM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additional installation method for an elevator to an existing housing complex with a stairway room, the method converting the housing complex into a barrier-free housing complex while residents continue living.SOLUTION: The following steps are performed in sequence: (A) installing an elevator structure adjacently to a stairway room; (B) constructing a temporary passageway on the top floor, between the elevator structure and the housing complex; (C) removing an existing stairway on one side, from the top floor of the housing complex to a stair landing on a floor directly below the top floor; (D) constructing a main passageway on the top floor, between the elevator structure and the housing complex; (E) removing the temporary passageway; (F) newly constructing an extension stairway connected linearly with the existing stairway on the other side, from a landing floor surface of each floor of the elevator structure to the stair landing on a floor directly below, starting from an upper floor to a lower floor sequentially; (G) and constructing the main passageway between the elevator structure and the housing complex at floors other than the top floor, starting from an upper floor to a lower floor sequentially.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既存の階段室型集合住宅へエレベータを後付けする工法にであって、居ながらにしてバリアフリー対応型の集合住宅に変更するものである。【解決手段】（Ａ）エレベータ構造物を階段室に隣接して設置する工程、（Ｂ）最上階において、エレベータ構造物と集合住宅との間に仮通路を架設する工程、（Ｃ）集合住宅の最上階から直下の踊り場までの一方側の既存階段を撤去する工程、（Ｄ）最上階において、エレベータ構造物と集合住宅との間に本通路を架設する工程、（Ｅ）仮通路を撤去する工程、（Ｆ）エレベータ構造物の各階着床面とその直下の踊り場まで、他方側の既存階段と直線的に連結される延長階段を上の階から下の階へ順々に新設する工程、（Ｇ）最上階以外において、エレベータ構造物と集合住宅との間に本通路を上の階から下の階へ順々に架設する工程を順に行なう。【選択図】図１
