MOVABLE INSTALLATION CARRIAGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable installation carriage capable of coping with a thickness change in an arch rib with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A movable installation carriage 1 comprises an under-supporting wagon 2 and a support frame 3. The under-supporting wagon 2 includes a pair of main materials 4 and 4 extending so as to straddle a thickness part of an arch rib 10 by sandwiching the arch rib 10 from both side surface sides, a lower frame 5 constituted so as to extend in the extension direction of the arch rib 10 under the arch rib 10 and to connect mutual lower parts of the pair of main materials 4 and 4 and supporting a load of concrete newly placed for extending the arch rib 10 and a diagonal member 6 for connecting an upper part of the main materials 4 and an end part in the extension direction of the arch rib 10 of the lower frame 5. The support frame 3 has a support part 8 placed on an upper surface of the arch rib 10, connected to the upper part of the main materials 4 and 4 and supporting a load of the under-supporting wagon 2 and a lifting mechanism 9 for lifting the under-supporting wagon 2 in the extension direction of the main materials 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】簡易な構成でアーチリブの厚さの変化に対応することができる移動架設台車を提供する【解決手段】移動架設台車1は、下支えワーゲン2と支持フレーム3とを備えている。下支えワーゲン2は、アーチリブ10を両側面側から挟み、アーチリブ10の厚さ部分を跨ぐように延在する一対の主材4,4と、アーチリブ10の下方においてアーチリブ10の伸長方向に延びると共に一対の主材4,4の下部同士を連結するように構成され、アーチリブ10の伸長のために新たに打設したコンクリートの荷重を支える下部フレーム5と、主材4の上部と下部フレーム5のアーチリブ10の伸長方向の端部とを連結する斜材6と、を有する。支持フレーム3は、アーチリブ10の上面に載置されると共に主材4,4の上部と連結されて下支えワーゲン2の荷重を支える支持部8と、下支えワーゲン2を主材4の延在方向に昇降させる昇降機構9とを有する。【選択図】図2
