METHOD FOR RECOVERING PHOSPHATE FROM STEEL SLAG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering phosphates from steel slag which elutes phosphorus in the steel slag with high efficiency using hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid used generally in a slag-generating iron mill to recover the phosphorus as valuable solid matter.SOLUTION: A method for recovering phosphates from steel slag performs: a Ca elution step of immersing steel slag in a hydrochloric acid solution to elute Ca; a residual slag recovery step of solid-liquid separating the solution from which the Ca has been eluted and residual slag to recover the residual slag; a phosphorus elution step of immersing the residual slag in a sulfuric acid solution to elute phosphorus; a phosphorus eluate recovery step of solid-liquid separating the phosphorus eluate and phosphorus eluted residues to recover the phosphorus eluate; a phosphate precipitation step of neutralizing the phosphorus eluate with a hydroxide solution of a Group 1A metal to precipitate phosphates; and a phosphate recovery step of solid-liquid separating the precipitated phosphates and the solution to recover the phosphates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】スラグが発生する製鉄所で汎用の塩酸と硫酸を用いて鉄鋼スラグ中のリンを高効率で溶出させ、有価な固形分として回収する鉄鋼スラグからのリン酸塩の回収方法を提供すること。【解決手段】鉄鋼スラグを塩酸溶液に浸漬し、Caを溶出させるCa溶出工程と、前記Caが溶出した溶液と残渣スラグを固液分離し、残渣スラグを回収する残渣スラグ回収工程と、前記残渣スラグを硫酸溶液に浸漬し、リンを溶出させるリン溶出工程と、前記リン溶出液とリン溶出残渣を固液分離し、リン溶出液を回収するリン溶出液回収工程と、前記リン溶出液を1A族金属の水酸化物溶液で中和して、リン酸塩を析出させるリン酸塩析出工程と、析出した前記リン酸塩と溶液を固液分離しリン酸塩を回収するリン酸塩回収工程とを実施することを特徴とする鉄鋼スラグからのリン酸塩の回収方法。【選択図】図1
