DRAINAGE PIPE AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long drainage pipe 1 capable of being used as a water drainage pipe, to enable the long drainage pipe 1 to be pressed into an installation hole 10 without being caught in the installation hole 10 by making the drainage pipe 1 rigid immediately before pressing the drainage pipe into the installation hole 10 and efficiently drain water outside a cliff 9 through the drainage pipe 1 according to this invention.SOLUTION: A drainage pipe is a cylindrical fabric cloth made up by weaving warp 2 and weft 3 into cylindrical shape. At least a part of the weft 3 is highly rigid monofilament. The warp 2a of a drain part 4, which is a lower part of the cylindrical fabric cloth in a state where the cylindrical fabric is inserted in an installation hole 10 as a drainage pipe 1, is low-melting yarn. The warp (2b) of a water collection part 5, which is an upper part of the cylindrical fabric cloth, is a normal line of thread.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 長尺の集排水管1を水抜き管として使用することができ、当該集排水管1を敷設穴10に押し込む直前に剛直化せしめ、敷設穴10内に引っ掛かることなく長い集排水管1を敷設穴10に押し込むことを可能ならしめると共に、本発明の集排水管1を通して効率よく崖地9の外に排出することを目的とする。【解決手段】 たて糸2とよこ糸3とを筒状に織成してなる筒状織布であって、前記よこ糸3の少なくとも一部が、剛性の高いモノフィラメントよりなり、当該筒状織布を集排水管1として敷設穴10に挿入した状態における、下部の排水部4のたて糸2aが低融点糸よりなっており、上部の集水部5のたて糸(2b)が、通常の糸条よりなる。【選択図】 図1
