PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic apparatus having improved convenience and operability, capable of inhibiting maloperations.SOLUTION: A portable electronic apparatus 10 includes a housing 1, operation sensors 2a, 2a', 2b, 2b', 2c, 2c' for detecting input operations, and control means for outputting control signals based on the input operations detected by the sensors. The housing 1 can be held by a human hand, having stable surfaces 1a, 1b with a largest projection area and a side face part 1c laterally adjacent to the stable surfaces 1a, 1b. The operation sensors 2a, 2a', 2b, 2b', 2c, 2c' are disposed on the side face part 1c, so as to make a point symmetry around the central point Q of the housing 1 or to make line-symmetrical pairs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】利便性と操作性を向上し、かつ誤操作を抑制することができる携帯型電子機器を提供する。【解決手段】携帯型電子機器１０は、筐体１と、入力操作を検出するための操作センサ２ａ、２ａ’、２ｂ、２ｂ’、２ｃ、２ｃ’と、これらのセンサにより検出した入力操作に基づいて制御信号を出力する制御手段とを備える。筐体１は、人の片手で把持可能であり、投影面積が最も広い表面である安定面１ａ、１ｂと、安定面１ａ、１ｂに対して側方にある側面部１ｃとを有している。操作センサ２ａ、２ａ’、２ｂ、２ｂ’、２ｃ、２ｃ’を、筐体１の中心Ｑに対して点対称または線対称で対を成すように、側面部１ｃに複数対配置する。【選択図】図２
