INSTALLATION METHOD FOR REINFORCING BAR IN CONCRETE PAVEMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method for a reinforcing bar in concrete pavement that reduces workload and enables the reinforcing bar to be installed readily at a prescribed height of the paved surface.SOLUTION: In an installation method for a reinforcing bar in concrete pavement, a mesh 1 comprising a plurality of vertical reinforcements 2 and a plurality of lateral reinforcements 3 connected to the vertical reinforcements 2 is installed on a paved surface of the concrete pavement. A spacer 4 for supporting the mesh 1 at a prescribed height of the paved surface is fitted from a top surface of the mesh 1, the spacer 4 is rotated so that the spacer protrudes from an undersurface of the mesh 1, and the mesh 1 is installed on the paved surface through the spacer 4. The spacer 4 includes a holding part 10 fitted rotatably on the vertical reinforcement 2 or the lateral reinforcement 3 of the mesh 1, and a leg part 20 supporting the holding part 10. The plurality of lateral reinforcements 3 of the mesh 1 is connected diagonally to the plurality of vertical reinforcements 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】作業負担を低減して被舗装面の所定の高さに容易に敷設することの可能な、コンクリート舗装用鉄筋の敷設方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数本の縦筋2と縦筋2に対して連結された複数本の横筋3とから構成されたメッシュ1を、コンクリート舗装の被舗装面に設置するコンクリート舗装用鉄筋の敷設方法であって、メッシュ1を被舗装面の所定の高さに支持するためのスペーサー4をメッシュ1の上面から取り付け、スペーサー4を回転させてメッシュ1の下面に突出させ、スペーサー4を介してメッシュ1を被舗装面に設置する。スペーサー4が、メッシュ1の縦筋2又は横筋3に回動可能に嵌着される保持部10と、保持部10を支持する脚部20とから構成される。メッシュ1の複数本の横筋3が複数本の縦筋2に対して斜めに連結される。【選択図】図13
