INSTALLATION METHOD OF REINFORCING BAR FOR CONCRETE PAVEMENT, AND CONCRETE PAVEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of a reinforcing bar for concrete pavement and a concrete pavement method that enable a mesh to be laid efficiently on a paved surface for pavement, even when there is only a narrow space in a width direction.SOLUTION: In an installation method of a reinforcing bar for concrete pavement, a mesh M constituted by a plurality of vertical reinforcing bars 2 and a plurality of horizontal reinforcing bars 3 connected to the vertical reinforcing bars 2 is installed on a paved surface of the concrete pavement. While mesh transfer means 4, mesh temporary placing means 5 and mesh installation means 6 are disposed and moved sequentially on the paved surface, a plurality of meshes M mounted on the mesh transfer means 4 is supported and reversed using the mesh temporary placing means 5, and is temporarily placed on top of each other at temporary placing positions 10, 20, 30 between the paved surface and the mesh installation means 6. Then, using the mesh installation means 6, the plurality of meshes M placed temporarily at the temporary placing positions 10, 20, 30 is supported and reversed, and installed at a prescribed position on the paved surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】幅員方向に余裕がない場合であっても、メッシュを被舗装面に効率的に敷設して舗装することの可能な、コンクリート舗装用鉄筋の敷設方法及びコンクリート舗装方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数本の縦筋2と縦筋2に対して連結された複数本の横筋3とから構成されたメッシュMを、コンクリート舗装の被舗装面に設置するコンクリート舗装用鉄筋の敷設方法であって、メッシュ運搬手段4、メッシュ仮置手段5及びメッシュ設置手段6を、被舗装面上に順に配置して移動させながら、メッシュ仮置手段5により、メッシュ運搬手段4に積載された複数のメッシュMを支持して反転してから、被舗装面上のメッシュ設置手段6との間の仮置位置10,20,30に重ねて仮置きし、メッシュ設置手段6により、仮置位置10,20,30に仮置きされた複数のメッシュMを支持して反転してから、被舗装面上の所定位置に設置する。【選択図】図5
