PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood-based decorative material which, even when a wood-based substrate formed with an ink layer made of resin, cured by ultraviolet rays, on the surface is coated with a surface protective layer made of a resin, can suppress peeling-off of the surface protective layer from the wood-based substrate.SOLUTION: A wood-based decorative material is a wood-based decorative flooring material 1 in which a pattern is printed as an ink layer 3 on a wood-based substrate 2 formed with a wood surface 2a. The ink layer 3 made of a first resin cured by ultraviolet rays is formed on the wood surface 2a so as to expose a part of the wood surface 2a. A surface protective layer 4 containing a second resin different from the first resin as a main agent and transmitting visible light is formed on the wood surface 2a, on which the ink layer 3 has been formed, to cover the wood surface 2a. The surface protective layer 4 is in contact with the exposed surface 2b of the wood surface 2a exposed from the ink layer 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】表面に紫外線により硬化した樹脂からなるインク層が形成された木質系基材に、樹脂製の表面保護層を被覆した場合であっても、表面保護層が木質系基材から剥離することを抑えることができる木質系化粧材を提供する。【解決手段】木質系化粧材は、木質表面２ａが形成された木質系基材２に、模様がインク層３として印刷された木質系化粧床材１である。木質表面２ａには、木質表面２ａの一部が露出するように、紫外線により硬化した第１樹脂からなるインク層３が形成されている。インク層３が形成された木質表面２ａを覆うように、第１樹脂とは異なる第２樹脂を主剤とした可視光線を透過する表面保護層４が、木質表面２ａに形成されている。表面保護層４は、木質表面２ａのうちインク層３から露出した露出表面２ｂに接触している。【選択図】図３
