To provide a float-tone wood decorative material having a design similar to that of real wood through a visual effect and a tactile sense, short in manufacture time of delivery, and inexpensive.SOLUTION: This float-tone wood decorative material comprises: a base material 1; a first projected part 2 provided on one surface side of the base material 1; a slope 10 provided at a position different from that of the first projected part 2 on one surface side of the base material 1; and a second projected part 3 provided on one surface side of the base material 1 at at least one of a position different from that of the first projected part 2 and a position on the slope 10. The height Ha of the first projected part 2 is equal to or greater than the height Hc of the top of the slope 10 in the thickness direction of the base material 1, and the height Ha of the first projected part 2 is greater than the height Hb of the second projected part 3 in the thickness direction of the base material 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
