EXTERNAL INSULATION TRANSPARENT TEMPORARY FRAME STRUCTURE MOLDING REINFORCED CONCRETE BUILDING HAVING NO ADJOINING LAND
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary frame that enables an RC concrete building to be constructed by an external insulation technique even when a gap with an adjacent house is narrow, enables a state of concrete inside the temporary frame to be observed when casting concrete in the temporary frame by using a transparent resin plate as a sheathing board of the temporary frame, and can make the temporary frame sheathing board free in size.SOLUTION: There is provided a temporary frame for an RC concrete building having an external insulation transparent temporary frame structure having a heat insulation panel temporary frame and a stainless steel decorative steel plate fixed to transparent flat plate resin from an indoor side with a separator, a plastic cone and a temporary frame space holding material by forming a building outside sheathing plate of a heat insulation structure panel temporary frame having a heat insulation structure having styrene foam sandwiched and bonded between two veneer boards, arranging the stainless steel decorative steel plate molded in a polyhedral shape outside the heat insulation panel temporary frame, and molding a building inside temporary frame sheathing plate of transparent flat plate resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】 隣家との隙間が狭い場合でも、外断熱工法でRCコンクリート建物を建築することを可能とし、さらに仮枠のせき板に透明樹脂板を用いることにより、仮枠にコンクリートを打ち込む際、仮枠内部のコンクリートの状態を観察することができると共に、仮枠せき板のサイズを自由に形成できる仮枠を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 建物外側のせき板を2枚のベニヤ板で発泡スチロールをサンドイッチ状に接着した断熱構造の断熱パネル仮枠で形成すると共に、断熱パネル仮枠の外側に多面形状に成形したステンレス化粧鋼板を配置し、建物内側の仮枠せき板を透明平板樹脂で成形し、室内側からセパレーターとプラスチックコーンと仮枠間隔保持材で断熱パネル仮枠とステンレス化粧鋼板を透明平板樹脂に固定した外断熱で透明仮枠構造のRCコンクリート建物の仮枠を提供する。【選択図】図10
