TRANSPARENT TEMPORARY FRAME STRUCTURE OF EXTERNAL INSULATION FOR FORMING REINFORCED CONCRETE BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary frame that can observe a state of concrete in the temporary frame using transparent plate resin in a sheathing board of an indoor side, by providing a function as the temporary frame when placing concrete in an external insulation material and making it possible to build a concrete building using an external insulation method.SOLUTION: Both ends of a stainless steel decorative steel plate for an external wall formed in a polygonal shape are bent in parallel to form a sleeve fixing unit. Also, an opening for insulation sash is formed in an insulation panel with polystyrene foam bonded in a sandwiched shape using two plywood. The sleeve fixing units on both ends of adjacent stainless decorative steel plates laterally arranged in several pieces are overlapped and fixed by a sandwiching bolt between a roughly U-shaped insulation panel fitting member for being fit into the other end of the adjacent insulation panel and an insulation panel fixing member. Thereby, an insulation panel temporary frame is formed, a separator is mounted in an insulation panel fixing member, and the temporary frame sheathing board of an indoor side is formed by using transparent plate resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】外断熱材にコンクリートを打ち込む際の仮枠としての機能をもたせることにより外断熱工法でコンクリート建物を建築することを可能とし、室内側のせき板に透明平板樹脂を用いて仮枠内部のコンクリートの状態を観察できる仮枠を提供する。【解決手段】多面形状に形成した外壁用のステンレス化粧鋼板の両端を並行に折り曲げ袖固定部を成形すると共に、2枚のベニヤ板で発泡スチロールをサンドイッチ状に接着した断熱パネルに断熱サッシ用開口部を形成し、隣り合う断熱パネルの他方の端部に嵌め込むための概ねコの字形をした断熱パネル嵌込部材と断熱パネル固定部材の間に、横方向に複数個並べた隣り合うステンレス化粧鋼板の互いの両端部の袖固定部を重ね合せて挟み込みボルトで固定することにより断熱パネル仮枠を形成し、断熱パネル固定部材にセパレーターを取り付け、室内側の仮枠せき板を透明平板樹脂を用いて形成した。【選択図】図13
