CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BRACE CONNECTING METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency when connecting a brace to a suspension bolt.SOLUTION: A construction method of a brace connecting metal fitting has: a first process for arranging the brace connecting metal fitting 1 in an attachment position of a suspension bolt 8 by inserting the suspension bolt 8 into an insertion space 7 of the brace connecting metal fitting 1; a second process for temporarily attaching the brace connecting metal fitting 1 in the attachment position of the suspension bolt 8 by attaching a fastener 40 to the suspension bolt 8 in a lower position of the brace connecting metal fitting 1; a third process for fixing the brace connecting metal fitting 1 to the suspension bolt 8 by fastening fastening bolts 18; a fourth process for inserting braces 9 into insertion parts 6 of brace support metal fittings 3a, 3b before fastening connecting bolts 38; and a fifth process for gripping and fixing the braces 9 by fastening the connecting bolts 38, and fixing arrangement angles of the braces 9 with respect to the suspension bolt 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】ブレースを吊りボルトに連結する際の作業効率を向上させる。【解決手段】ブレース連結金具１の挿通空間７に吊りボルト８を挿通することにより、ブレース連結金具１を吊りボルト８の取り付け位置に配置する第１の工程と、ブレース連結金具１の下方位置の吊りボルト８に対して留め具４０を装着することにより、ブレース連結金具１を吊りボルト８の取り付け位置に仮止めする第２の工程と、締着ボルト１８を締め付けることにより、ブレース連結金具１を吊りボルト８に固定する第３の工程と、連結ボルト３８を締め付ける前に、ブレース支持金具３ａ，３ｂのそれぞれの挿通部６にブレース９を挿通する第４の工程と、連結ボルト３８を締め付けることによりブレース９を挟着固定すると共に、吊りボルト８に対するブレース９の配設角度を固定する第５の工程と、を有する。【選択図】図６
