PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a louver stably move to a closed position and an open position by making the louver securely operate even when the louver is made to be thinned and light-weight.SOLUTION: A louver device comprises: a plurality of louvers 1 arranged at equal intervals on the same plane in postures in parallel with one another; a plurality of rotary shafts 2 arranged in parallel with the louvers 1; a plurality of support parts 3 that connect the louvers 1 with the rotary shafts 2; a bearing part 4 that rotatably supports the plurality of rotary shafts 2; and a drive mechanism 5 that makes the plurality of rotary shafts 2 rotate in synchronization with one another. The drive mechanism 5 comprises a drive gear 11 for rotating a rotary shaft 2, a worm gear 12 for rotating the drive gear 11, a drive shaft 13 for rotating the worm gear 12, and a motor 14 for rotating the drive shaft 13. The louver device rotates the plurality of rotary shafts 2 in synchronization by using the drive mechanism 5 to make a louver 1 fixed on each rotary shaft 2 move along a locus of a circular arc taking the rotary shaft 2 as the arc's center shaft, moving each louver 1 from a closed position to an open position or from the open position to the closed position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】ルーバーを薄く軽量にしても確実に動作させ、安定して閉位置と開位置に移動させる。【解決手段】ルーバー装置は、互いに平行な姿勢で同一平面上に等間隔で配置された複数のルーバー1と、ルーバー1と平行に配置された複数本の回転軸2と、回転軸2にルーバー1を連結してなる複数の支持部3と、複数の回転軸2を回転自在に支持する軸受け部4と、複数の回転軸2を同期して回転させる駆動機構5とを備える。駆動機構5は、回転軸2を回転させる駆動歯車11と、駆動歯車11を回転させるとウオーム歯車12と、ウオーム歯車12を回転させる駆動軸13と、駆動軸13を回転させる駆動モータ14とを備える。ルーバー装置は、駆動機構5で複数の回転軸2が同期して回転されて、各々の回転軸2に固定してなるルーバー1を回転軸2を中心軸とする円弧の軌跡に沿って移動させて、各々のルーバー1を閉位置から開位置に、また開位置から閉位置に移動させる。【選択図】図6
