To provide a louver device capable of efficiently collecting sunlight while appropriately shading.SOLUTION: A louver device is installed in an air layer 3 formed between an external glass 1 and an internal sash 2 of a double-skin structured glass curtain wall. The louver device includes: multiple shading plates 4 that have outer surface 7 facing the external glass 1 as a light-reflecting surface respectively; and multiple heat collecting tubes 5 that are installed integrally with each shading plate 4, through which a heat medium passes. The heat collecting tubes 5 are placed between the shading plate 4 and the external glass 1, and each shading plate 4 is supported by a cross member 15 attached to a support member 16 of the glass curtain wall. Sunlight hits the shading plate 4 and is reflected and shielded. Part of the reflected light hits the heat collecting tube 5. The heat collecting tube 5 collects heat from the sunlight that directly hits the same together with the reflected light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
