MOISTUREPROOF SHEET FOR HOUSING MATERIAL AND DECORATIVE PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moistureproof sheet for housing material which suppresses warpage of a decorative plate against an influence by a temperature of an environment and a change of humidity even when applied to a fitting such as a door panel, and can keep adhesiveness to a base material.SOLUTION: There is provided a moistureproof sheet 1 for housing material which has a base material layer 2 made from a transparent synthetic resin, a vapor-deposited layer 3 that is formed on one surface side of the base material layer 2 and is made from an inorganic oxide, a resin layer 4 formed on the vapor-deposited layer 3, and primer layers 5 and 6 for adhesion on each of the other surface of the base material layer 2 and the surface of the resin layer 4, where preferably, the resin layer 4 is formed of polyvinyl alcohol or a composition containing an inorganic oxide in polyvinyl alcohol, a water vapor permeation of the whole sheet is 1.0 g/mday atm or less, and the moistureproof sheet has such transparency that the sheet back side can be visually recognized from the sheet surface side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ドアパネルなどの建具に適用しても、環境の温度や湿度の変化による影響に対し、化粧板の反りを抑制し且つ基材との接着性を維持できる建材用防湿シートの提供。【解決手段】建材用防湿シート１は、合成樹脂製からなる基材層２と、基材層２の一方の面側に形成された無機酸化物からなる蒸着層３と、蒸着層３の上に形成された樹脂層４と、基材層２の他方の面及び樹脂層４の表面に対しそれぞれ接着用プライマー層５，６と、を有する。樹脂層４は、ポリビニルアルコール又はポリビニルアルコールに無機酸化物が含まれた組成物からなり、シート全体の水蒸気透過度が１．０ｇ／ｍ２・ｄａｙ・ａｔｍ以下であり、且つシート表面側からシート裏面側が視認可能な透明度を有することが好ましい建材用防湿シート１。【選択図】図１
