LINING MATERIAL FOR RENOVATING EXISTING PIPE AND METHOD FOR RENOVATING EXISTING PIPE USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a lining material for renovating an existing pipe having high quality stability, productivity and workability; and a method for renovating an existing pipe.SOLUTION: Provided is a lining material for renovating an existing pipe, comprising: a tubular resin-absorbing substrate having a fluid-tight outer surface and impregnated with a curable resin composition; and a tubular sheet disposed folded inside the tubular resin absorbing substrate and having a peripheral length capable of covering the inner surface of the tubular resin-absorbing substrate. Also provided is a method for renovating an existing pipe by covering an inner wall of the existing pipe with the lining material for renovating an existing pipe, comprising the steps of: inserting the lining material into an existing pipe; introducing a liquid in the folded tubular sheet of the inserted lining material to expand the tubular sheet by the liquid pressure and press the lining sheet against the inner wall of the existing pipe; and covering the inner wall of the existing pipe by curing the impregnated curable resin composition in a state where the lining material is pressed against the inner wall of the existing pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高い品質安定性、生産性及び施工性を有する既設管更生用ライニング材及び既設管の更生工法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】外表面が液密であり、硬化性樹脂組成物が含浸させてなる管状樹脂吸収基材と、該管状樹脂吸収基材の内側に折り畳まれて配置され、前記管状樹脂吸収基材の内面を被覆可能な周長を有する管状シートとを備えることを特徴とする既設管更生用ライニング材。この既設管更生用ライニング材で既設管の内壁を被覆する既設管の更生方法であって、前記ライニング材を、既設管内に挿入する工程と、挿入した前記ライニング材の折り畳まれた管状シート内に流体を導入し、その流体圧によって管状シートを拡径し、かつ前記ライニング材を既設管の内壁に押圧する工程と、前記ライニング材を既設管の内壁に押圧した状態で、含浸された硬化性樹脂組成物を硬化させて既設管の内壁を被覆する工程とを含む既設管更生工法。【選択図】図1
