To impart high fire prevention performance to a renovating fitting.SOLUTION: A renovating fitting comprises new frames including a new upper frame, a new lower frame, and right and left new vertical frames, and attached to an existing frame remaining in a skeleton opening through attachment auxiliary members. The respective new frames are provided at end positions in a depth direction, with heating foaming members continuously in four peripheries over the entire length in a longitudinal direction. The heating foaming members arranged in the respective new frames continuously form a fire prevention line when foamed in a fire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】改修建具に対して、高い防火性能を付与する。【解決手段】 躯体開口部に残存する既設枠に取付補助材を介して新設上枠、新設下枠及び左右の新設竪枠からなる新設枠を取り付けてなり、各新設枠は、見込方向の端部位置に長さ方向全長に亘って加熱発泡材を四周に連続するように設けてあり、各新設枠に配置した加熱発泡材は、火災時に発泡した際に連続して防火ラインを形成する。【選択図】 図１２
