PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road surface snow melting system using a heat transfer panel that: can be installed on a base course directly without the need for concrete work, reducing days of construction and a cost; has excellent mass productivity, workability and stability of quality; has excellent maintainability and performance on resource saving because of being capable of easily repairing only part where a failure has occurred; has uniformity of temperature distribution and efficiency of heat transfer; and has excellent performance on energy saving and environmental protection.SOLUTION: In a road surface snow melting system, a heat source supply/discharge main pipe is arranged in a base course on which snow melting is performed, and the road surface snow melting system enables a heat transfer panel with a front face coated with nonslip paint and with a rear face bonded with or molded integrally with a high intensity foam resin for ground to be installed on a base course.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
