UNDERGROUND OBSTACLE REMOVAL ATTACHMENT AND UNDERGROUND OBSTACLE REMOVAL METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground obstacle removal attachment and an underground obstacle removal method capable of removing an underground obstacle by using an independent press-in machine under construction at present, when detecting the underground obstacle.SOLUTION: An underground obstacle removal attachment A is used by being installed in an independent press-in machine having a chuck frame 4 for vertically moving to a press-in machine body B, and comprises a fixing part 10 detachably installed in the chuck frame 4 and a gripping rotation mechanism 20 for gripping and rotating the outer periphery of an auger screw O. The fixing part 10 of the attachment A is installed in a chuck 5 of the independent press-in machine, and an obstacle (s) such as an underground stone can be crushed and removed, due to boring in the ground when descending while rotating by gripping the auger screw O by the gripping rotation mechanism 20 of the attachment A. Moreover, since the attachment A is preferably installed and used only when necessary, normal work can construct a pile by the independent press-in machine without using a hard ground exclusive press-in machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地中障害物を発見した場合に、現に施工中の単独圧入機を用いて地中障害物を除去できる地中障害物除去用アタッチメントおよび地中障害物除去方法を提供する。【解決手段】圧入機本体Bに対し上下に移動するチャックフレーム4を有する単独圧入機に取付けて使用される地中障害物除去用アタッチメントAであって、チャックフレーム4に着脱自在に取付けられる固定部10と、オーガスクリュウOの外周を把持して回転させる把持回転機構20とを備える。単独圧入機のチャック5にアタッチメントAの固定部10を取付けて、アタッチメントAの把持回転機構20でオーガスクリュウOを把持して回転させながら、下降させると地中に掘進するので、地中の石等の障害物sを破砕して除去することができる。しかも、アタッチメントAは必要なときのみ取付けて使用すればよいので、平常作業は硬質地盤専用圧入機を用いることなく単独圧入機で杭を施工できる。【選択図】図1
