METHOD OF REMOVING UNDERGROUND OBSTACLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing an underground obstacle, which has fewer restrictions on usable places and allows the underground obstacle to be removed while reducing a construction period and a construction cost.SOLUTION: A method for removing an underground obstacle uses a rotary press-in machine which comprises: a press-in device body provided with a chuck 5 capable of holding a cylindrical member and a main cylinder 6 to lift the chuck 5; a clamp 7 for fixing the press-in device body on an existing pile P; and a rotation driving mechanism for holding and rotating an excavation member to allow the chuck 5 to excavate the underground obstacle in a circular vertical hole, wherein the method comprises: (I) a setting process to hold an outer periphery of the excavation member with the chuck 5 and to set the excavation member in a rotatable state; (II) an excavation process to excavate the excavation member downward into the ground by lowering while rotating the excavation member held by the chuck 5; and (III) a pulling-out process to lift up the excavation member after excavating to a predetermined depth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】使用場所の制限が少なく、工期や工費を抑制しながら地中障害物を除去する地中障害物除去方法を提供する【解決手段】円筒状部材を把持可能なチャック5と、そのチャック5を昇降させるメインシリンダ6とを備える圧入機本体と、その圧入機本体を既設杭P上で固定するクランプ7とを備えており、チャック5が地中障害物を円形の縦孔に掘削するための掘削部材を把持し回転させる回転駆動機構を有する回転圧入機を用い、(I)チャック5で掘削部材の外周を把持し、掘削部材を回転可能な状態にセットするセット工程、(II)チャック5で把持した掘削部材を回転させつつ下降させ、掘削部材を地中に掘進する掘削工程、(III)所定の深さまで穿孔したら掘削部材を上昇させる引抜き工程からなり、これにより地中障害物を除去する。【選択図】図4
