PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe installation of building capable of attaining both reduction of noise generated by piping work and reduction of material expenditures and working cost.SOLUTION: This invention relates to pipe installation 2 of building arranged at a housing complex 1 more than two-storied one and the pipe installation 2 of building has a feature that it comprises main vertical pipes 12, 17 arranged at a building common part K; dwelling unit service pipes 15a, 15b, 20a, 20b arranged at dwelling units 9a, 9b of each of floors 3a, 3b; and lateral service pipes 13, 18 connecting the main vertical pipes 12, 17 with the dwelling unit service pipes 15a, 20a, the lateral service pipes 13, 18 arranged at the specified floors 3a are connected to the dwelling unit service pipes 15b, 20b of floors 3b different from the specified floors 3a through sub-vertical pipes 14, 19 for an adjoining floor arranged at a lower floor or upper floor of the specified floors 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】配管に起因して生じる騒音の低減と、材料費、施工コストの低減を両立可能な、建物の配管設備を提供する。【解決手段】２階建て以上の集合住宅１に設けられる、建物の配管設備２であって、建物共有部Ｋに設けられている主縦配管１２、１７と、各階３ａ、３ｂの住戸部９ａ、９ｂに設けられている住戸内引込管１５ａ、１５ｂ、２０ａ、２０ｂと、ある特定階３ａ毎に前記主縦配管１２、１７と前記住戸内引込管１５ａ、２０ａを接続する横引き配管１３、１８と、を備え、前記特定階３ａに配置された前記横引き配管１３、１８は、前記特定階３ａの下層階または上層階に設けられた近接階用の副縦配管１４、１９を介して、前記特定階３ａとは異なる階３ｂの住戸内引込管１５ｂ、２０ｂに接続されていることを特徴とする建物の配管設備２を提供する。【選択図】図１
