PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe installation of building capable of attaining both reduction of noise generated by piping work and reduction of material expenditures and working cost.SOLUTION: This invention relates to pipe installation 2 of building arranged at a housing complex 1 more than two-storied one and the pipe installation 2 of building has a feature that it comprises main vertical pipes 12, 17 arranged at a building common part K; dwelling unit service pipes 15a, 15b, 20a, 20b arranged at dwelling units 9a, 9b of each of floors 3a, 3b; and lateral service pipes 13, 18 connecting the main vertical pipes 12, 17 with the dwelling unit service pipes 15a, 20a, the lateral service pipes 13, 18 arranged at the specified floors 3a are connected to the dwelling unit service pipes 15b, 20b of floors 3b different from the specified floors 3a through sub-vertical pipes 14, 19 for an adjoining floor arranged at a lower floor or upper floor of the specified floors 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】配管に起因して生じる騒音の低減と、材料費、施工コストの低減を両立可能な、建物の配管設備を提供する。【解決手段】2階建て以上の集合住宅1に設けられる、建物の配管設備2であって、建物共有部Kに設けられている主縦配管12、17と、各階3a、3bの住戸部9a、9bに設けられている住戸内引込管15a、15b、20a、20bと、ある特定階3a毎に前記主縦配管12、17と前記住戸内引込管15a、20aを接続する横引き配管13、18と、を備え、前記特定階3aに配置された前記横引き配管13、18は、前記特定階3aの下層階または上層階に設けられた近接階用の副縦配管14、19を介して、前記特定階3aとは異なる階3bの住戸内引込管15b、20bに接続されていることを特徴とする建物の配管設備2を提供する。【選択図】図1
