METHOD FOR PRODUCING CLINKER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable production method capable of reducing firing temperature upon production and further capable of increasing the using amount of waste.SOLUTION: A cement clinker is used with waste-by product raw material and natural raw material as raw material and is fired by a furnace of a rotary kiln system to regulate the raw material in such a manner that the content of CS calculated by a Bogue equation is controlled to 60 to 67%, CA to 8 to 10%, CAF to 15 to 20% and iron to 0.8 to 1.3, this is fired a 1,300 to 1,400°C, all the waste, by-product raw material and natural raw material measured so as to obtain the above composition are mixed, the chemical composition of the mixture is analyzed, and the propriety determination whether it is made the calculated composition or not is performed, and, in the case it is satisfied in the determination, the mixed raw material is introduced into the furnace as it is, and it is not satisfied, additional waste, by-product raw material and/or natural raw material are added to the mixed raw material, the re-regulation of the chemical composition is performed, and thereafter, it is introduced into the furnace.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】製造する際の焼成温度を低減することが可能であり、しかも廃棄物使用量を増やせるセメントクリンカーの安定的な製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】セメントクリンカーを、廃棄物・副産物原料と天然原料を原料として使用し、ロータリーキルン方式の炉で焼成してボーグ式により算出されるC3S量が60〜67%、C3Aが8〜10%、C4AFが15〜20%、かつ鉄率が0.8〜1.3となるように原料を調整し、これを1300〜1400℃で焼成するものとし、前記組成となるよう予定して計量された全ての廃棄物・副産物原料と天然原料とを混合し、該混合物の化学組成を分析して計算された組成になっているか否かの可否判断を行い、該判断で可であった場合は、そのまま炉内に混合原料を導入し、否であった場合には、混合原料に追加の廃棄物・副産物原料及び/又は天然原料を加えて化学組成の再調整を行った後に炉内に導入する。【選択図】なし
