REINFORCEMENT SUPPORT DEVICE AND REINFORCEMENT ASSEMBLY METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement support device and a reinforcement assembly method of using the same, for efficiently assembling a preassembled reinforcement.SOLUTION: A reinforcement support device is a stand 10 having a lifting column part 12 for lifting and a main reinforcement support part 30 supported by the lifting column part 12 so as to be movable in the second horizontal direction h2. This stand 10 is juxtaposed in a plurality, and a main reinforcement is arranged so as to extend to the respective main reinforcement support parts 30 of the juxtaposed stands 10. The juxtaposed stands 10 are set as an operation object in order from the end. The stand 10 of the operation object moves the main reinforcement support part 30 in the second horizontal direction h2 after lowering the lifting column part 12, and floats the main reinforcement in the air in an area for supporting the main reinforcement. In this case, the main reinforcement can easily pass a shear reinforcement in the stand 10 of this operation object due to being supported by the other stand 10. The stand 10 of the operation object is changed in order from the end, so that the shear reinforcement is efficiently arranged to the previously juxtaposed main reinforcement support part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】先組鉄筋を効率的に組み立てるための鉄筋支持装置及びこれを用いた鉄筋組立方法を提供する。【解決手段】鉄筋支持装置は、昇降する昇降柱部12と、第2水平方向h2に移動可能に昇降柱部12に支持された主筋支持部30とを備えた架台10である。この架台10を複数、並べて、並べた架台10の各主筋支持部30に渡るように主筋を配置する。そして、並んだ架台10を、端から順番に操作対象とする。操作対象の架台10は、昇降柱部12を降下した後、主筋支持部30を第2水平方向h2に移動させて、主筋を支持していた領域において主筋を宙に浮かす。この場合、主筋は、他の架台10によって支持されているため、この操作対象の架台10において、せん断補強筋を容易に通過させることができる。そして、操作対象の架台10を端から順番に変更することにより、先に並べた主筋支持部30に対してせん断補強筋を効率よく配置する。【選択図】図1
