MEASUREMENT DEVICE FOR MEASURING INTERVAL BETWEEN THREADED REINFORCEMENTS IN COUPLER AND MEASUREMENT METHOD USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device and a measurement method which efficiently and accurately measure an interval between tips of threaded reinforcements by easy means, after the threaded reinforcements are screwed into a coupler and before a grout material is injected.SOLUTION: A measurement method executes the following processes: an injection hole engagement member is engaged with a grout injection hole from the outside of a coupler; a conducting member to which current is supplied is slidden inside a curved guiding member provided at a lower end of the injection hole engagement member by a sliding rod; the conducting member is projected from a lower end face of the curved guiding member and is linearly advanced; an electric light and/or a buzzer is operated by electric conduction generated when a tip of the conducting member contacts with a tip of a threaded reinforcement; the sliding rod is stopped when the electric light and/or the buzzer is operated, so that a sliding distance of the sliding rod is measured; and an interval between the tips of the threaded reinforcements is calculated on the basis of a measurement value of the sliding distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ネジ鉄筋をカプラーに捩じ込んだ後、グラウト材を注入する前に、簡便な手段で効率良くかつ精度良くネジ鉄筋の先端同士の間隔を測定する測定装置および測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】カプラーの外側からグラウト注入孔に注入孔嵌合部材を嵌め合わせ、注入孔嵌合部材の下端に配設される湾曲誘導部材の内部にて電流が供給される通電部材を摺動棒によって摺動させて、湾曲誘導部材の下端面から通電部材を突出させ更に直線状に進行させ、通電部材の先端がネジ鉄筋の先端に接触した時に生じる通電によって電灯および/またはブザーを作動させ、電灯および/またはブザーが作動した時に摺動棒を停止し、摺動棒の摺動距離を測定し、摺動距離の測定値に基づいてネジ鉄筋の先端同士の間隔を算出する。【選択図】図1
