MEASUREMENT DEVICE FOR MEASURING INTERVAL BETWEEN SCREW REINFORCEMENTS IN COUPLER AND MEASUREMENT METHOD BY USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device and a measurement method which efficiently and accurately measure an interval between tips of screw reinforcements by easy means, after the screw reinforcements are screwed into a coupler and a grout material is injected and cured.SOLUTION: Detachable heating means is attached to a coupler 2, and a reinforcement joint is heated. After a temperature of the reinforcement joint rises to a predetermined temperature, the heating means are detached. An image of the coupler 2 is taken by using a thermography camera in a process of cooling the reinforcement joint by radiational cooling, and is analyzed by using image processing means. An interval S measured by the image processing means is displayed on display means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ネジ鉄筋をカプラーに捩じ込み、さらにグラウト材を注入して硬化させた後で、簡便な手段で効率良くかつ精度良くネジ鉄筋の先端同士の間隔を測定する測定装置および測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】着脱可能な加熱手段をカプラー2に装着して鉄筋継手を加熱し、鉄筋継手が所定の温度に上昇した後、加熱手段を取り外し、放冷による鉄筋継手の冷却過程でサーモグラフィカメラを用いてカプラー2の画像を撮影し、画像処理手段を用いて画像を解析して、画像処理手段で測定した間隔Sを表示手段に表示する。【選択図】図1
