MONITORING CONTROLLER OF WATER-SUPPLY-FACILITIES PLANT AND METHOD FOR MANAGING WATER LEVEL OF DISTRIBUTION RESERVOIR USING MONITORING CONTROLLER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring controller that is a monitoring controller of a water-supply-facilities plant and is capable of managing water level of a distribution reservoir that matches with variously changing water demand of a user.SOLUTION: Prediction conditions 12a including day of week and weather are input into a prediction conditions input unit 12. A water demand prediction unit 13 acquires a water demand achievement value 11a of a plurality of dates that almost match with the prediction conditions 12a from database 11 to calculate an average water demand prediction value Dr per time. A water level calculation unit 15 calculates a water level per time of a distribution reservoir 50 from the water demand prediction value Dr, a cross section S of the distribution reservoir 50, an amount Xo of water-supply at present, and a water level Po to display it on a display unit 16 after preparing a water level change diagram Pf.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】送水設備プラントの監視制御装置であって多様に変化する需要家の水需要量に対応した配水池の水位管理が可能な監視制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】当日の曜日および気象を含む予測条件12aが予測条件入力部12に入力され、水需要量予測部13はデータベース11から予測条件12aにほぼ合致する複数の日付の水需要量実績値11aを取得、平均した時刻毎の水需要量予測値Drを算出し、水位計算部15は水需要量予測値Drと配水池50の断面積Sと現時点での送水量Xoと水位Poとから、配水池50の時刻毎の水位を算出し、水位変化線図Pfを作成後、表示部16に表示する。【選択図】図2
