PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic lock management device that can prevent an electronic lock from being unlocked if a received emergency earthquake alert is false (an earthquake has not occurred in the first place or an actual earthquake scale is small or the like), i.e., an input signal itself about disaster includes an error.SOLUTION: A server 100 as an electronic lock management device comprises: an information acquisition unit for acquiring disaster information on a disaster; a reception unit for receiving an unlocking request to unlock electronic locks 400a-400g installed in a particular area; and a providing unit for providing unlocking information to unlock the electronic locks if the reception unit receives the unlocking request after the information acquisition unit receives the disaster information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】受信した緊急地震速報が誤報(そもそも地震が発生していない、または実際の地震の規模が小さい等)である場合、すなわち、災害に関する入力信号自体に誤りがある場合に、電子錠が解錠されてしまうことを回避することができる電子錠管理装置を提供する。【解決手段】電子錠管理装置としてのサーバ100は、災害に関する災害情報を取得する情報取得部と、特定地域に設置された電子錠400a〜400gを解錠するための解錠要求を受け付ける受付部と、情報取得部が災害情報を取得した後に受付部が解錠要求を受け付けた場合に、電子錠を解錠するための解錠情報を提供する提供部とを備える。【選択図】図1
