CRUSHER FOR SEPARATING AGGREGATE FROM CONCRETE WASTE AND PLANT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher for separating an aggregate from a concrete waste which has a good productivity at a low cost, and a plant.SOLUTION: A crusher comprising a conical rotor 26, and a skirt-shaped cover 30 which is so located as to cover the whole of a conical surface 28 of the conical rotor 26. A clearance formed between the skirt-shaped cover 30 and the conical surface of the conical rotor 26 is so configured as to be gradually reduced to about a particle diameter of an aggregate from an upper end of the conical surface 28 toward a lower end thereof. A concrete waste lump is introduced from an upper end side of the crusher, the aggregate and a cement 18, which are contained in the concrete waste lump, are dropped along the conical surface and are discharged from a lower end of the crusher. Thereafter, the cement 18 is separated by screening units 38, 39, and further, a mechanical impact is given to the remaining aggregate, thereby removing the cement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】低コストで生産性の良いコンクリート廃材から骨材を分離するための破砕機及びプラントを提供する。【解決手段】円錐状回転体26と、この円錐状回転体26の円錐面28全体を覆うように配置されたスカート状のカバー30を備えた破砕装置を利用する。スカート状のカバー30と円錐状回転体26の円錐面との間に形成された隙間が、円錐面28の上端から下端に向かって、間隔を骨材の粒径付近まで減少させるように構成されている。この装置の上端側から、コンクリート廃材塊を投入し、円錐面に沿ってコンクリート廃材塊に含まれていた骨材とセメント18を落下させ、装置の下端から排出する。その後ふるい分け装置38、39でセメント18を分離し、さらに残りの骨材に機械的衝撃を与えてセメントを剥離する。【選択図】図2
