The present invention relates to a food garbage grinder having a new structure capable of effectively grinding and discharging tough food garbage. According to the present invention, the food garbage grinder comprises: a circular rotating plate (20) having discharge holes (22, 23) penetrating an upper and a lower surface of a grinding plate (B); and cutting blades (31, 32) and a grinding block (40) provided on an upper surface of the rotating plate (20). The grinding block (40) is coupled to the rotating plate (20) by a hinge pin (41) vertically penetrating the base end portion thereof to be rotatable in a lateral direction. The upper surface of the grinding block (40) is composed of an inclined surface inclined upwards from the base end portion to a front end portion. A grinding blade part (42) is formed on the inclined surface. As such, the grinding block (40) is rotated forwards and backwards by a centrifugal force, and rapidly collides with the food garbage like a whip to cut the food garbage; thus effectively grinding the food garbage.
본 발명은 질긴 음식물쓰레기를 효과적으로 분쇄하여 배출할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 음식물쓰레기 분쇄기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 음식물쓰레기 분쇄기는 상기 분쇄판(B)이 상하면을 관통하는 배출공(22,23)이 형성된 원형의 회전판(20)과, 상기 회전판(20)의 상면에 구비된 절단날(31,32)과 분쇄블록(40)으로 구성되며, 상기 분쇄블록(40)은 기단부를 상하??향으로 관통하는 힌지핀(41)에 의해 상기 회전판(20)에 측방향으로 회동가능하게 결합되고, 상기 분쇄블록(40)의 상면은 기단부에서 선단부로 상향경사진 경사면으로 구성되며, 상기 경사면에는 분쇄날부(42)가 형성된다. 따라서, 상기 분쇄블록(40)이 원심력에 의해 전후방향으로 회동되면서 채찍과 같이 빠르게 음식물쓰레기와 충돌하여 음식물쓰레기를 잘라냄으로, 음식물쓰레기를 효과적으로 분쇄할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
