PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional decorative plate which can sufficiently exhibit a function of a functional substance while keeping good designability.SOLUTION: A functional decorative plate which includes a substrate,and a surface layer resin layer laminated on one surface or both surfaces of the substrate, where brightness (L) and whiteness (Br) of the surface layer resin layer are contained in a region surrounded by a line segment connecting three points of (L,Br)=(45.9,27.0), (94.2,20.0) and (93.9,73.2) in a brightness (L)-whiteness (Br) plotted figure, and a functional substance exists on the surface layer resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】良好な意匠性を保ちつつ、機能性物質の機能を充分に発揮することができる機能性化粧板を提供する。【解決手段】基板と、上記基板の一方面又は両面上に積層される表層樹脂層とからなり、上記表層樹脂層の明度（Ｌ）及び白色度（Ｂｒ）が、明度（Ｌ）−白色度（Ｂｒ）プロット図において（Ｌ，Ｂｒ）＝（４５．９，２７．０）、（９４．２，２０．０）、（９３．９，７３．２）の３点を結ぶ線分により囲まれる領域に含まれ、上記表層樹脂層上に機能性物質が存在することを特徴とする機能性化粧板。【選択図】 図２
