LOW TEMPERATURE CO-FIRED CERAMIC OF MICROWAVE DIELECTRIC CERAMIC, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a co-fired ceramic of a microwave dielectric ceramic having low-medium dielectric constant and low dielectric constant.SOLUTION: Provided is a low temperature co-fired ceramic of a microwave dielectric ceramic made of y wt.% of a [(1-x)Ba5Nb4O15-xBaWO4] ceramic material and z wt.% of a BaO-B2O3-SiO2 glass material, where, 0.3≤x≤0.85, 1%≤z≤15% and y+z=100% are satisfied. The y wt.% of [(1-x)Ba5Nb4O15-xBaWO4] ceramic material and the z wt.% of BaO-B2O3-SiO2 glass material are mixed, and the mixture is subsequently filtered, is dried, and is next sintered to obtain the dielectric ceramic.SELECTED DRAWING: None
