PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adverse effect on a plastic hinge between a column and a beam, even when a junction structure between a column-beam joint part and the column is constructed by a precast construction method.SOLUTION: A junction structure between a column-beam joint part and a column includes: a PC joint part constituent member 60 having concrete 66 forming a column-beam joint part 61 and a column part 63, and a sheath pipe 67 embedded in concrete 66 at a portion between a top end of the column-beam joint part 61 and a bottom end of the column part 63; a PC column member 30 having second concrete 32 below the column part 63, a main reinforcement 31 extending in a vertical direction inside the second concrete 32, and a tubular sleeve joint material 33 provided at a top end of the main reinforcement 31; a vertical reinforcement 81 inserted into the sheath pipe 67 and protruding from a bottom end of the sheath pipe 67 and inserted into the sleeve joint material 33; a filler material 83 filled in the sleeve joint material 33; a filler material 82 filled in the sheath pipe 67; and a joint material 84 provided between the PC column member 30 and the column part 63.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
